video folder crashing

All of a sudden, my main folder of video files started crashing ever time I
go to thumbnail view. A second folder of videos is fine, making me think that
certain folders are causing this. What can I do?

First try deleting the thumbs.db file (set show hidden) and see if that
cures it. If it is a particular file doing it then try the following.
Move half to a different folder and try again. Keep spliting in half to
locate the problem file.
