Video in powerpoint

[I NEED HELP]

everytime i try to insert a video into my presentation a a box on my slide
shows up and says video not avaliable cannot find 'vid:mjpg' decompressor.
can someone help me with this???

Your system doesn't have the codec (coder/decoder) installed that was used to
create the file. What is the file type of the video? Where did you acquire it?
