video mail, for outlook 2003

I have a problem with opening video file, it says,can not find the file type.file type is zm8.so it does not open.
I searched the internet for this file type could not find it.
please help out if you can.

zm8 could be one of the following.

* Zonealarm mailsafe (part of ZoneAlarm Internet Security products by
Zonelabs)
* ZSNES movie file type
