How do I set up Outlook 2003 in Windows XP Home Edition 2003, so that I can
view my notes on my desktop?

Thank you Dianne from 3M who makes sticky notes, and that is not a smart
alex remark, but can you tell me if 2007 allows that feature?

No version of Outlook allows you to view notes on the desktop.

Email, notes, tasks, and journal entries are saved in the message store
that is maintained by Outlook. Only Outlook knows how to read its
message store hence why you need to use Outlook to look at the items
that are saved in that message store.
