Visio "undo buttons" are grayed out an not working

I didn't do anything to change the settings, just noticed I can't undo
anything - this includes using CTRL+Z. I went to Tools>Options>General to
look at the undo settings - set at 26 so this shouldn't be an issue.

Thoughts?

Is it grayed out for all document types? (What document are you having
trouble with?)

Does this happen for all actions or just certain types?

What version of Visio are you using?
