Want powerpoint for kids. Got Windows ME. What should I buy?

What do I need to buy to get powerpoint on our computer? We have Windows ME.

If you don't need the latest greatest version of powerpoint (2002/XP/2003) then powerpoint 97 will just suit you fine.

However, you cannot just buy it, as it came out quite a few years ago.

You can try to find PowerPoint 97 or 2000 or 2002 on an auction site like eBay.
Just don't buy PowerPoint 2003 or Office 2003 (the full suite of products) .
Office 2003 products require Windows 2000 or Window XP.

I run ME and I purchased PowerPoint XP for students and Teachers (less
expensive). It runs great on ME.

Correction: It was office XP for Students and Teachers which includes
PowerPoint XP
