Want to make new Resource filter Resource Range with Date Range .

I make new Resource filter with the combination of Resource Range and Date
Range.

but when I applied this filter to the resource usage view the data is not
displaying according to this filter .
and when I applied on "Who does what " report .
the report is also not displaying data .

Actually I want a report like "Who does what " in which we click "Schedule
checkbox" in the details tab and take "Resource Range Filter" with the table
"USAGE"

But i want this report with the "Date Range and Resource Range Filter " and
table "USAGE" and in the Details tab "Schedule"

Basim,
It helps to know your end goal rather than how you want to get there.
Unfortunately, the type of report you are after cannot be done with
filters. What you want will require VBA.

You can get close to what you want by applying the Resource Range..."
filter to the Resource Usage view and then expanding each resource to
see the assignments. However, you will then have to visually separate
out those assignments within the date range of interest. Or, apply the
"Date Range..." filter to the Resource Usage view and then insert a page
break around the resources of interest. If desired resources are not
adjacent, you could add a spare number field and then sort the filtered
display.
