Hello
I would like to generate a resource report -- actually a graph -- that
shows me when people are allocated. Sounds simple? Here's what I
want.
Along the Y-axis are the names of resources (people, that is).
Along the X-axis it time.
Each row (corresponding to each person) shows a bar that is broken up
into segments that correspond to what the person is working on at the
corresponding time. Ideally, there would even be gaps in the bar
where they're not working on anything.
If they're double-booked, then perhaps the bars overlap (and maybe
only the top priority task shows). Each bar segment would somehow be
labeled (or linked to) information on what the corresponding task is.
Hard to describe. Wish I could post a picture.
Is something like this available in MS Project (2007)?
Thanks.
Mike
