Wat are the steps in Work with Personal Notebook in OneNote 2007?

Work with it how? You open the notebook, select or create a section (File |
New | Section will work), select or create a page (File | New | Page will
work) and add some notes.
If you're more specific about what you're trying to do I can be more
specific about how you do it.
