I am not sure what this message means:
"Your mailbox is over the high water mark.
Please delete some messages from your mailbox!"
Does anyone know?

Do you have a smartass as an Administrator? It could be his/her way of
telling you that you have reached your quota on the mailbox (or was this the
default value for Openwave E-mail KX?). In other words; it's full!

I am Outlook 2000. Internet mail. I am the administrator.
I don't know where the message is coming from. How do I
increase the storage space?

It's a weird way of informing a user that he/she has reached his limit.
Especially if this is the common message; it screams for being misunderstood

Your ISP account probably keeps a copy of your messages on their email
server even after you download them into your local machine (.pst/exchange).

It's probably their message telling you that your mail on their server is
maxing out your mailbox there.

In your email account setup, click the "More Settings" button and look at
the last tab. See if you are telling it to leave a copy of the message on
the server or if not, you could tell it to leave a copy there for a certain
amount of days.
