I'm considering using Publisher to make web pages...once made in Publisher,
can I view the HTML source code and edit?

Jennifer,

Strongly urge you use FrontPage. If price is the drawback, try Nvu. It's
open source and free: http://www.nvu.com
Publisher is a great program, I use it a couple of hours each day, but it is
still a desktop publishing program.
