I have published my company's web site on the Netfirms test site:
http//www.burdin-adr.netfirms.com. It works perfectly with my highspeed DSL
connection and I have received good comments from my colleagues who have
visited the site. All links work; forms work. I have compressed all images
to jpegs at 20K or less using Photoshop; most are 11K or less. When I use my
dialup connection on another computer (Windows 98 with aol 9.0 browser) I
have a single image page of 18K that will not load -- I get the broken
connection "x" -- and several pictures throughout the site that do exactly
the same thing. Other pages load very well at 56K. Any suggestions?
