what is the name of picture manger exe file

I look in the folder office tools as suggested, but can't find the exe file
for Picture Manager eventhough I can use that when opening a jpg file.
I want to make a shortcut on my desktop for Picture Manager.

There are two Microsoft Office Tools folders, the one you want is in the Microsoft
Office folder, right-click the icon, copy, paste the shortcut on your desktop.

Thank you both Mary and Herb. Mine is exactly like Herb's. Also Herb gave me
the name of the program of picture manger. I would have never guessed the OIS
stands for picture manager.
