I have office 2000 pro, XP Pro, and 2003 Pro (at work). All of them have MS
Publisher except XP Pro. What gives?? Sm. Business XP has it, but doesn't
have the rest of what I need. I want Publisher.

Office XP Pro had Publisher, if it was bought under the same circumstances
as SBE.

Office XP SBE was only available with a new PC. If you got Pro with a new
PC, Publisher was included.

If you want Publisher, you must buy it separately. I would recommend
getting Publisher 2003, but Publisher 2002 will interoperate with your
work's Publisher 2003 almost as well (far better than Publisher 2000)

Office 2003 Professional includes Publisher.

There was Office XP Professional with FrontPage OEM and there was also
Office XP Professional with Publisher OEM.

Cheers Brian - I didn't buy any new machines in the Office XP era, so don't
have any memories apart from what I've read.

Of course, all markets have their own different bundling schemes.
