When is Publisher 2003 available in the UK ?

I have just spent an hour looking on various Microsoft sites. I have failed
to find anywhere that tells me when Publisher 2003 might be available in the
UK.
Does anyone know?

The retail store launch for MS Office System 2003 is 21 Oct 2003
in both the U.S. and the U.K.
