I am running Office xp, and have all the updates, but my computer seems to be
running slow. I was just wondering if anyone had a list of the processes that
should be running at start-up.

And why has this anything to do with Office? I think you mean "I have
Windows XP..." Office XP is *NOT* Windows, nor is Windows, Office.
