where are downloaded templates for Office saved?

I downloaded a bunch of templates for Office, and I can't find them on my
computer. I just clicked the "Download Now" button. It never asked me where
to save them or showed me a download screen. It simply went back to the main
templates page.

The Template should have opened in the Office program for you to save where
you wanted the template saved

If you are using Windows XP try the temp folder in the following directory
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temp
The templates usually have generic names when download from MS site.
