Where is Online Help?

What must I do to get the online help in Outlook?

There is a help menu on the Outlook Inbox window. When I
click on Help or press F1, I get the office aggravation -
oops, pardon me - I get the office assistant. I don't
want that office assistant. I want documented help - and
I found it once; but I can't find the way to get it
again!!

If I select "Hide the office assistant" on the help menu,
the office assistant disappears. Then I
select "Microsoft Outlook Help" and the office assistant
reappears. I do not get the documented help.

With the office assistant active, I can right click on
its image to get a popup menu. Then I click on Hide and
the office assistant disappears. But when I
select "Microsoft Outlook Help" in the help menu, the
office assistant reappears.

What must I do to get back to the documented help that I
know is there.
