which object of word should i use to insert picture

i am making an vba application using vb.net and i want to add picture so i want to know which Picture object word uses to insert as it also doesnot moves through mouse

or

doc.InlineShapes.AddPicture

depending on whether you want to use text flow formatting or have the graphic
object in-line with the text. Usually, if it will work for the document layout,
the latter is preferable.
