Why aren't the clip art previews displaying in Word?

When I try to insert clip art, the thumbnails don't appear, and instead there
are just boxes with "dglxassett..." written on them. The art used to show up
- what happened?

You need to clear your browser cache. If this is Internet Explorer, open
Tools | Internet Options and on the General tab click the button for Delete
Files.
