Why do i get XP updates while i do not have XP on my PC

I run the offici update from my PC Win2K pro with Office 2000. I get all the
time XP updates in the list of critical updates. But i do not have XP on my
PC. Why is this?

Hi Nico,

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows
Control panel to see if there are any 2002
series Office family applications installed.
If so, you'll be offered the core Office XP(2002)
updates.
