Why does the flowcharts go out of alignment when I open the files?

I have created flowcharts which appear fine when I work on them and save them.

Subsequently, when I reopen the files, the alignment of the process and text
boxes move from the original saved drawing.

I have got our IS support to reinstall visio with an updated version of
visio 2000 but this still happens.

Appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!
