I had Outlook Express from Windows XP I guess Number 6

Then I bought the 2003 Microsoft Office for teachers and installed it.
Ever since, I did install it, the email account keeps stalling, working and
ask me sometimes to start in the safe-mode.

It seems strange to me. Annerose

Yep.

Then I bought the 2003 Microsoft Office for teachers and installed it.

When you did that, how did you configure it for your mail account?
How did you get your data from OE to Outlook? The correct way is to export
from OE to Outlook (after you've set up Outlook once).
