Why does the "paste" in quick menu not work?

Hi,

Today I found a problem in my word software.Now i can not use the
"paste" function in the quick menu and edit memu.Can somebody tell me
why?

What are the entries that you see on the menu? If it's Move her, Copy here,
Link here and Cancel, then it's because you moved the mouse.
