why i cant see pst files?

Hi people,

I export a file i have created in my personal folders as a pst file.
Then I copy it to a flash memory drive to import the file in my notebook
to synchronize the two computers.
But when i open the usb flash drive, the file is not there!!
where is it gone?
what am i doing wrong?

For one, you are exporting. There is no reason to export to create a PST
file. You will lose and possibly corrupt data. Just create a PST file, exit
Outlook, then copy it to your storage medium.
If you think PST files are disappearing, just remember that they are hidden
files.
