Why is an inserted picture disappearing?

I inserted a screen print into a presentation and everytime I click out of
the picture in the slide it disappears.

Hi sftbllgrl1111,

please tell us a bit more: Which PowerPoint version are you using? Is your
PPT updated with the latest Updates from Microsoft? HOW did you insert the
screen print? Did you apply any animations?

Please do not insert images with copy&paste, use Paste Special instead and
choose a bitmat file format like PNG or JPG.
