Why levelling move start date ?

Hello !
My problem is :
I have 5 consolidated projects with just a resource allocated to them.
There are several overallocations and when I try to use levelling
there is a gap at the beginning of first task in first project. In
other words..the start date of first project is transslated without
any reasons.
Anyone can help me ?

Hi Daniele,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Check any calendars you have in Tools/Change Working Hours. Make sure you
have no summaries with the resource assigned. Try levelling to a different
granularity like hour by hour. I can't think of anything else - post back.

Maybe you have a resource unavailable until after the start date of the project.
