Why printpreview shows graphics with text over & visaversa

I am using bookfold and when I printpreview it shows the graphics of some
pages over the top of others. What can be causing this problem.
I have rewritten and placed fresh graphics but it still happens
Has anyone else found this problem?

Do you have images in the scratch area? If so, pull them to above or below the
publication.
How many pages? Do you have images spanning pages?
