Wicked thing when saving records...........

Hello. Just came across some stunning discovery, my database of customer
complaints seems to be working fine, BUT when I open access file and enter
1st complaint via a form, the record appears in the table and then I can't
add any more records, it just doesn't save them. Wicked thing is when I
close/open database again I can add another record...Now I am so lost,
don't even know what to do.
Could anyone give me some advise on that?

Alex:

There's really not enough information here to give you an answer. However,
if you can zip the db into a reasonable size, I would consider taking a look
at it for you. Much easier to troubleshoot when the db is open in front of
you. =)
