Windows File Explorers could allow fonts face and color changes.

Sorry, this is not a Word question, but I could not find "Windows File
Explorer".

When I open a file explorer and see the list of folders and files, I often
wish I could change the file and folder names fonts to be bold or to have
different colors.
This would allow a visual sorting without using a folder, and would make it
easier for example to say "open the file with the green name".
