wINDOWS uPDATES

I get automatic windows updates to my computer. The past month, the icon is
in the tray, it says click icon for updates, I do everytime I turnoff my
computer. I never had to do this before. However, it's always the same
update, and the icon is never removed from the tray, even after it downloads.

What is causing this?
