WinME Outlook97

Rikki

In order not to lose the emails I've saved in OE6, I have
exported the files and folders to Outlook. From there I
was able to import them back into OE after installing a
new hard drive. So far, so good.
I normally export files and folders from Outlook to my
backup.pst file. I now have 227 MB in that file located
in My Documents file. Lately, I haven't been able to
export to that file without getting an error message which
reads "the information service contains the location
messages are delivered to. If you want to remove the
information service, double-click Mail icon in Windows
Control Panel."
What does that mean? I just want to update the pst file.
Also, in addition to all that, when I click
Tools/Services, I find I have many Personal Folders. I
only need one. Seems that every time I want to export my
personal folders files to backup.pst, it creates another
Personal Folders file in Services. Right now I have 4.
Help.
