I bought MS Office 2003 from another individual that had purchased i
and he had Windows 98 so it wouldn't work on his computer. I've had i
for over a year now. When I first bought it I installed it and a fe
weeks later my hard drive crashed so I bought a new hard drive an
installed it on that one. I never noticed any problems but I am a
student and have been using it for some of my classes and some of th
features won't install. I've been on microsoft.com and can't find an
solutions. I've tried to fix and repair it and it keeps saying a fata
error occured. I've also tried to install the features from the dis
and it's saying that my numbers aren't valid. Does anyone know how t
fix this problem? I've also tried to download templates off th
internet and it says set up failed. I'm wondering if it's one of tw
things. Maybe when I bought the copy from the other guy he didn'
uninstall on his first, or else when I loaded it onto my new hard driv
it's recognizing it as a new computer and thinks it's been registere
twice and it's causing it to mess up. Does anyone know how to fix an
of these problems? I was going to uninstall it and do a reinstall bu
I'm afraid that it won't take my product keys because it keeps sayin
they are invalid. Please help, I have homework that's due tonight
