I've got a problem.
When I make "open file " word show me files
in directory not in alphabetical order.
What have I to do to change this for
alphabetical order?

Click on "Name" at the top of the column (actually anyplace in that
box at the top of the column). Click again and the order will be
reversed.

BTW, if there is no column heading, you need to first switch the view to
"Details" using the Views button. Once you have sorted the files on the
"Name" column, you can then switch back to "List" view and the sort order
will be retained.
