word 2002 properties help needed

word 2002
need help trying to set the properties up in my word
program that will tell me who has been opening, changing
or deleting, or moving to another directory my documents.
Is it possible and if so can someone please tell me how to
do it. I do not understand the custom things at all and
now have it so bad that when I go to save the properties
box comes up but it can not be added to or changed (grey?
out). What have I done now???????? Help please
