Word 2003 Closes Automatically when Opening Document

I just upgraded two computers from office XP to office 2003, on different
documents on both computers, when we try to open the specific document the
word automatically shutdown withouth giving any message. It happens with my
annual report but not to other files, and to some other file on the other
computer.

Any ideas?
I checked for virus with the latest definition, it caught nothing, I have
Microsoft AntiSpyware, firewall and wall

Make sure your TEMP folder is cleared, as that can cause Word to shut
down if it's loaded with too much junk since there are not enough
resources to run the program.

You might also have a corrupt document? And you might need to reset
the Normal.dot...which is a common fix when there are problems. Or you
could have some problem templates in your startup director?

You'll have to troubleshoot these issues to find the problem. But read
