Word 2003 Help

In Word 2000 there was a Context-Sensitive Help button.
Has this feature been removed or renamed in Word 2003?

Unfortunately, context-sensitive Help was removed (or at least significantly
gutted) in Word 2003. I don't know of anyone who thinks this was an
improvement.
