Word 2003, problem with sending messages as HTML

One of my colleagues has this issue. We use Outlook and that is set to
create all message in HTML. When he is in Word and tries to send a message
or file, the message defaults to plain text. Other users (myself included)
do not have this - we have checked the options within Word, but cannot see
any reason.

You have to set the options from within Outlook.

It's there somewhere: I found it the other day when I wanted to SET plain
text as the default :)
