Word 2007 shut down

While in Mailings and create Envelopes I chose a name to insert into the
Delivery address from the outlook list Word shuts down. It does this on my
desctop computer but not on my laptop.

The first two things I would do is to make sure that the user's temp folder
is completely empty when all applications are closed; second I'd run the
Office Repair tool.

I have tried for several days to delete all files in all the Temp folders I
could find. There are a couple of files in the User Temp folder that I
cannot seem to delete even as administrator they are fxsapidebuglogfile.txt.
And in the Windows Temp folder a couple of files called MCMSC-e2gamq6ycsivmm
and another also beginning with MCMSC-. I tried the repair feature on Office
2007 and no go. Word still shuts down when I try to choose an address from
the address book list to place in an envelope. I forgot to tell you I am
using Windows Vista, does that make any difference? Any help would be
appreciated.
