Word Document closes imediatly

Some word documents, not all, close immediatly after
being opened.
These word documents have a template.
This happens only in one PC. Other users, in other PC´s
open the same document, it is in a shared folder, without
any problem.
I already replaced the normal.dot but the problem percists
