Word Freezes

I have Office X on a Powerbook TI G4. Ever since I have installed it
Word freezes when I open it. I have updated, opened a document,
bypassed the gallery, used the gallery. Ive removed the Word
preferences and restarted. Help!!!

I forgot to mention that it is the Student/Teacher Edition.

It still freezes after startup. Cursor blinks 2 or 3 times then
freezes.

I removed all of the fonts and got it to work until restart then it
froze again on startup.

I used disable in font book. could this make a difference?
