Which version of Word and OS and are they patched up to date?
Is this happening when you are doing something in particular such as opening
or closing a document or Word, or does this just happen at random whilst you
are editing?
Is there anything in common such as you are working in tables at the time it
happens.
Is the error message just that Word stopped working or is there any more
information with the error?
