fine...but now what's happening...while I'm working in it, the program
suddenly quits and my work is lost if im not saving...same is the
problem with Internet Explorer 6.0...it suddenly quits regardless of
the fact whether you are checking mail or browsing...Is it a virus?
Please help me in this regard....thanks

Does this happen only when you use these programs? Unless this is the
case, I would first suspect a hardware problem like a bad memory chip or
an overheating CPU.

Yes It happens only when you use those programs...all these programs
exists on that computer and they allow you to work...means they donot
disappear or close immediately after opening...only when you working
for a long time, the microsoft word or internet explorer window exit
automatically or disappear (whatever you say) without any warning or
prompt...immediately after close you open them, they open as usual and
looks like everything is normal...by the way that machine is a branded
dell gx280 computer...thanks & regards

loss of important work daily in both IE & Word.
