I have Windows XP Professional and have always previously been able to merge
Word docs and send them as e-mails via Outlook without any problems.
However, having recently installed software to upgrade my internet connection
to Broadband (which said it was also going to upgrade Outlook, to which I
clicked 'OK'), while it now spools my documents, they are no longer appearing
in Outlook and thus there is nothing there to be sent. Help! Can anyone
shed any light on why this might be or what has happened to stop them being
sent?
