Does anyone know what file or variable controls which fields of the contact
are inserted (from outlook) when you use the address book button? I
currently get name and address, but I would like to specify that it always
insert name, company name, address.

I don't have time to confirm this, but I believe you need to adapt your
addresslayout AutoText entry.
