Word Send To

We have a document with the email heading at the top,
i.e. To:, BCC:, Subject:, and want to remove this heading
from the document without actually sending the document
as an email attachment. How can this be accomplished?

Simply click on the Email command button again. This is just a toggle which
will add or remove the headings.
