Word should let me use text wrapping with graphics in a textbox.

I inserted a graphic in a textbox together with some text. I was not able to
use the text wrapping feature in the picture toolbar with that graphic. I
would like that graphic to appear "thight" with the text. I'm using Word 2003.

Because both the graphic and the text are in the drawing layer, the text
cannot be wrapped around the graphic.

Text boxes and wrapped graphics are both in the drawing layer; you cannot
wrap objects inside a text box, period.
