word tool bar dissappeared

the tool bar in my word 2000 program dissappeared how do i get it back? i
want the file, edit, tools ect choices back. i don't want to customize the
tool bar.

Click Tools>>customize>>click the toolbar tab. Check the Standard, Formatting
and Menu bar option.

Hi, Anup. If you read mujuzzi's question, you will see the problem is
that there is no "Tools" to click on at the top of the screen, so your
suggestion will not work.
