Word wrapping

I would like to insert a logo in the upper left hand
corner of a document that has a border and a gray
background. I would like the text to start at the upper
right hand corner of the logo. If I just copy and paste
and then resize, the text starts at the lower right hand
corner of the logo. When I try to apply the various
wordwrapping schemes--format,picture,layout, wrapping
style and horizontal allignment I can get the text to
start where I want it (at upper right corner of the logo)
but the border and the gray background disappears. Can you
help me out? Thanks.
