Work out when task was completed

Hi,

Is there a way I can see what tasks were completed?

i.e. I know a task may be down to have finished last week but does
not till today. How can I see that this task was completed today?

Thanks in advance.

Alan,
Have you tried the built-in "completed tasks" filter?

As far as the actual date that a task was completed. If a task was
completed either ahead of or after its scheduled finish date, the user
should enter the actual date into the Actual Finish field. Project will
then adjust the scheduled finish (i.e. Finish field) to agree with this
date.

Hi Alan ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I don't fully understand what you are after. Surely you know when it was
completed when you were told the work had been done. You need to enter an
actual finish date or 100% Complete or 0 actual work remaining. This will
put a tick in the Indicator column.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
